Student Ambassador Madi!!

Student Ambassador Madi....it has a good ring to it! So everyone I got accepted,and that means that I am now officially a Student Ambassador!!!! So that means that I get to go if I raise enough money!! I got my travel journal,certificate for being selected,and some forms. People to People

Hey guys!

I am so excited!  I was nominated as a Student Ambassador for a People to People trip to England and France next summer. FRANCE!!!  The place I've ALWAYS wanted to go!!  I am working hard to save up the money for my trip by babysitting and doing odd jobs for people but it is a lot.  So we are sacrificing on going out to eat and extra things.  And we are doing some hard-core fundraising!!!  I have a donation site if you want to donate though - that would be AWESOME!  Here's the site (click on the link): DONATE HERE

And here's a picture of how I spent a lot of my summer... volunteering at the library.  I even made it into the library's magazine.  (I don't think it's a big deal, but mom does and we sent copies to some of our family.)   But next summer... I'll be in France! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Spring Break

It is the middle of spring break and it has been amazing!!!! I am spending the week with Mimi and Papa and we have been SOOOOOO busy. I got my toes done,went to see the movie "The Croods", got to have a steak dinner at Outback Steakhouse, went to lunch at Wu's (a Chinese restaurant), and played pounce. And I am still going to be here for 3 more days. Well I gotta go, I hope everyone has a good spring break. Talk to you later.

OWWW!!!!

Look what happened to me yesterday!!!! I was running on my driveway and tripped and fell and went SLAM!!!! The one pic is of my cheek and the others are of my knees. I cried forever!!!! It hurt so much.

Hey sorry I have been super busy lately. I have had so much fun. Julie, Mark, and the boys have been here since last Thursday. It is awesome having them here. We went swimming, went to two museums, had an early Easter, built a fort in the snow in Indiana(the snow was up to my knees!!!!!), went on walks with the two dogs, and went to Indianapolis. They leave on Tuesday but I leave tonight.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭Well talk to you later.

Camp

It's been so long since I have written and things have been crazy.  I just got back yesterday from 5th grade camp and it was awesome.  My favorite activities were archery, Ohio living history, square dancing, and, last but not least, the food.  Whenever we got mail, one of the camp leaders dressed up as the mailman.  He would call us up and almost hand it to us. Then he'd say "I throw it on the ground" in a really funny voice but then throw it across the room and we had to go get it.  Thanks for sending letters to me.  It was great to hear from you.  

We also learned lots of camp songs which I LOVED.  Mommy took a video and is going to post it here.
